Refund Policy
If the product is damaged or not fulfilling the requirement, we will provide a replacement in max 10 working days. Uncut Unboxing Video is compulsory to Claim the Exchange. No refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Since the Orders are customized, it cannot cancel once confirm by us. But, if haven't started working on the order, we will charge 5% cancellation fee and rest will refunded.
2.You can only exchange the products, we don't refund if there's an issue with the parcel.
3. Do take a video from beginning while unboxing the parcel for any claims.
No unboxing video = No claims.
4. If the package Returns because it wasn't claimed then you'll have to pay shipping according to parcel's weight and dimensions
