Scoop My Art is a platform where you can come and buy from multiple sellers who sell different products from various categories. So Scoop My Art is in no way endorsing any product. Also, the shop policies, delivery time, processing fee, cancellation and refund policies may vary from Shop to Shop and product to product. All the details regarding shipping, cancellation and refund policies are available in the individual product pages

  • Product and Service Descriptions:

Although Scoop My Art is constantly checking the accuracy of the content posted in its website but it does not guarantee that descriptions of or other content of this site is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. Also the site can be suspended for maintenance or repair work without prior notice.  If in any case you find a discrepancy or immediate help is needed, you can always report to the customer service team and Scoop My Art would be more than happy to rectify the issue. 

  • Communicating with sellers for orders

All the communications in the Scoop My Art medium should be regarding the orders in Scoop My Art. You are requested not to share your personal information through our platform apart from the order requirements as we are not liable for any consequences occurring due to this reason. Also if any of the sellers try to promote or advertise their products through Scoop My Art, you can always complain to us. Also for super customizable orders, while interacting with the sellers be polite and cooperate with the sellers patiently as they are working hard to deliver the best to you.

  • Privacy Policy

We would only use your personal information to share with you the order status and other information you have subscribed to, such as offers, blogs, seller product notifications, etc. If by any chance you want to unsubscribe from our services you can always do that. Also for special orders, you may get access to the contact details of sellers. It should only be used for discussing order requirements and if you try to misuse this information then severe action would be taken against the offender/s.

  • Raising a complaint

For complaints with regards to orders, you can always raise a complaint with a respective order. You can first discuss the issue with the seller and solve the matter. But if unsolved you can always escalate the matter and we would take over the case. And otherwise, you can always connect with the customer service team for any issues.

  • Reviewing a Shop

When reviewing a Shop, the text or images used should be as per the order delivered by the seller. Refrain from using any obscene language and images and harassing any members. You are not supposed to promote or advertise in the review section. Scoop My Art and Seller have the authority to delete any reviews that they think do not adhere to the Scoop My Art policy.

  • Uploading Images or other content

For special customizations, you are expected to upload images that are not vulgar, obscene or irrelevant and if the images are not in coherence with the requested order then the seller has the full authority to refrain from responding to your messages.

  • Cancellation, Return or Refund

As all the orders are made/ sourced as per your request, there is no provision for return or exchange of goods. If the seller cancels the order, the full amount will be refunded to your account and if the order is canceled by you, then the decision to refund the amount is determined by the seller. Once a refund decision is taken, the refund request is initiated in a day and the amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days.

  • Shipping Policy

Shipping policy varies from product to product as decided by the seller. This is clearly stated in the product page. The shipping duration, deliverable location and policies are clearly mentioned in all the product pages. The sellers can choose any of the operators or even deliver the product to your directly.

The processing time ( time required to make the product )for products range from 1 day to 3 weeks. The same is listed in each of the product page. Further shipping time is expected to be between 1 to 7 days if delivery location is India. ( Currently orders are accepted from only Indian customers who wants to deliver in India )
