Shipping Policy
Free shipping for our lovely fam <3.
We ship PAN India. We take great care to deliver your product and partner with reputed shipping companies.
Since every product is handmade and customized, we take around 3-5 days to dispatch.
Delivery could vary based on courier companies and delivery location.
Address change will only be accepted if the product is not dispatched.
Sharing mobile number is compulsory for smooth communication and shipping ease.
Refund Policy
If the product is damaged or not fulfilling the requirement, we will provide a replacement in max 14 working days. Uncut Unboxing Video is compulsory to Claim the Exchange. No refund due to the customized nature of products.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
1. Since the Orders are customized, it cannot cancel once confirm by us. But, if haven't started working on the order, we will charge 5% cancellation fee and rest will refunded.
2.You can only exchange the products, we don't refund if there's an issue with the parcel.
3. Do take a video from beginning while unboxing the parcel for any claims.
No unboxing video = No claims.
4. If the package Returns because it wasn't claimed then you'll have to pay shipping according to parcel's weight and dimensions
