Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), it may delay at times when we are experiencing high number of orders, in case of that, it will be informed to you priorly. We use standard delivery services and make sure that parcels are packed with utmost care, safety and love to prevent any in-transit damage. Customer can also choose for pick up from our address.

Refund Policy

No refunds are applicable in any case. We do consider about our valuable customers, thus we tend to compensate through store credits, in case of damage from our side, only after checking parcel opening video and once we receive the product to our address.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATION of order is not allowed, as each product is customised. As soon as order is received it is put into processing with your customisation details. Nevertheless, customers can request for a cancellation mentioning the order ID and reason for cancellation and if we have not started working on the order, we will cancel the same but with a cancellation charge of 5%, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.For RETURN, parcel opening video should be sent to us via email, video should be clear from start to end, seal should be visible, it should be clearly visible that customer has opened the parcel by cutting the seal in video, video should cover cutting of seal, unpacking, checking all parts and function of the item, without any camera manipulation, cuts and pauses, editting. Return/Exchange will be accepted only within 24 hours after delivery.It can be exchanged with the return window, only if it is received in physically damaged condition, has missing parts or is different from what mentioned. It should be reported on same day with the parcel opening video.Exchange will be processed only after, receiving the product in original condition, as sent by us.If damage is repairable or minor happened in transit, will not be considered.
