Shipping Policy
Shipping available through Indian Post/DTDC if available, else the shipping will be done through shipping company of seller's preference with tracking details and receipts of which will be provided.
Delivery time will be dependent on the location of the customer and shipping service hired.
Shipping charges are applicable according to the product dimension & weight and the shipping service hired.
Products will be shipped within 2 weeks given that the product isn't a complex customized item.
Refund Policy
Refund will be available only for cases if the product was damaged during delivery for which uncut video proof of unpacking is also required to be shared with us.
In case the product was not delivered or lost in transit, only the cost of the product excluding shipping will be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation for orders are only available within 6 hours of ordering a product.
No return/exchange unless product is damaged during shipping for which uncut video proof of unpacking is also required to be shared with us.
Shipping charges will be borne by the customer when a product needs to be re-shipped when customer was not available during delivery.
