Shipping Policy
We now ship pan India and worldwide and take great care in delivering your products to you. We partner only with reputed and reliable National and International courier companies.
Since every piece is made to order, you will be sent a mail or Whatsapp as soon as the order is received and will also contact you to confirm the same.
Since each handmade process is unique, we try to dispatch the order within 6-7 working days.It could vary according to the Shipping address.
Our courier partner, will be able to deliver the shipment between Mondays to Saturday(excluding Public Holidays): 10 Am to 6 Pm.
Address change will only be accepted if order has NOT been shipped
Email address must be mentioned in each and every order for smooth communication.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will be sent an email containing your tracking information.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances, though we will fully help in tracking the parcel if there is a problem from the delivery partner’s end.
