Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days for some products and 1-2 weeks for other products (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Refund Policy
No refund policy since every product is customized as per customers need.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
For Cancellations It is advised that query is sent from the registered email-ID along with order number.
Cancellation requests can be raised at any time before the shipping of the order.
Your order will be cancelled instantly and refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days in your original payment method.
Following deductions will be made under Refund Process
Cancellation charges : If cancellation is done within 3 hr after ordering, full refund is initiated.
Within 24hr -50% will be refunded.
Within 2 days - 25% will be refunded.
Within 3 days -10% will be refunded.
