Shipping Policy
Shipping with in 3 days of receiving confirmed order and payment.
Bulk order shipping will vary depending on the order quantity and product availability.
All orders will be shipped Free of Cost within India.
Refund Policy
Refund will be processed once the product is received back by the seller.
Any damaged products received will not be accepted and no refund will be initiated.
Shipping cost of return will be borne by the customer.
All disputes subject to Dehra Dun jurisdiction only.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Our products are specially handcrafted with love and care.
Exchange requests shall only be entertained if the product has undergone transit damage or breakage against the promised product.
The same has to be intimated within 24 hours of receiving the shipment by customer.
Cost of shipping back to seller will be borne by customer and any damages/loss which may happen during shipping will be sole responsibility of the customer.
If the product is unavailable, we may intimate a new time line for delivery of exchanged product.
No return/exchange will be entertained for overseas delivery.
