Shop Policies
Shipping Policy
The products will be shipped in 2-3 weeks after receiving the order. The standard shipping charge of INR 100/- will be applicable in Kerala and INR 150/- for rest of India. International shipping charges apply as per courier charges.
Refund Policy
Products ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
As our products are customized according to the order, we do not prefer cancellation beyond that. However, if we have not started the production, the order may be cancelled but a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted.
All refunds shall be done within 2 weeks time.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
In case of any damaged/wrong /missing products, please email to creatively.copied @gmail.com with photo/video of the products on the day of receipt. For damaged/missing products unboxing video from the start without any editing is a must.
