Shipping Policy
We use standard delivery services for delivering the products ensuring that it doesn’t undergo any damage.
Delivery time: It will take up to 3 to 5 business working days.
Refund Policy
100% Refund is done only when the products are damaged while shipping and preferably I request you to send an unboxing video.
All the refunds are done with in 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
As the products are customized according to customer needs it cannot be cancelled once you have confirmed by us.
Incase if we haven’t started working we will cancel the order but a cancellation fee of 5% is charged and the rest is refunded.
Return or exchange is not applicable.
