Shipping Policy
Most Products will be shipped within 10-15 days.
Products that require customisation may take longer to be delivered. Customers will be notified about orders that take longer than 15 days to be shipped.
At beralu, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if an issue arises due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer, we want to make sure you understand our policy:
Address Verification:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. beralu will not be held responsible for any delivery issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
Buyer's Responsibility:
In the event that the product is delivered to the wrong location due to an error in the delivery address provided by the buyer, the buyer shall bear full responsibility for any associated costs, including shipping charges for the product to be shipped to the correct location and for the return of the product to our facilities.
Product Return Process:
If the product is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify the buyer via the provided contact information. The buyer will have the option to request reshipment to the correct address, subject to payment of the shipping charges for the new delivery attempt.
Refund Considerations:
If the buyer decides not to have the product reshipped to the correct address, we will process a refund for the product cost, minus the initial shipping charges and any additional return shipping costs incurred. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and the amount refunded will be exclusive of any shipping charges.
Timely Response:
To ensure efficient handling of such cases, it is important for the buyer to respond promptly to our communication regarding the incorrect address issue. Failure to respond within a reasonable time may affect the resolution options available.
Product Condition:
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Any damage or wear resulting from the incorrect delivery address or return shipping process may affect the eligibility for a full refund.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
1. The products cannot be returned once purchased, except under specific circumstances.
Customised products are not eligible for a refund, unless they are damaged in-transit or wrongly delivered.
3. A refund is applicable ONLY if the product is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item.
Claims Procedure:
1. To initiate a refund or replacement claim, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
2. Provide the following details in your claim:
a) Your Name
b) Date of Purchase
c) Description of the Item(s) you would like refunded
d) Unboxing Video: A MUST to claim any In-transit damages; no refund claims will be entertained without the Video!
Conditions for Processing Refunds and Replacements:
1. The customer must provide an unedited Unboxing Video as proof of the in-transit damage or wrong delivery.
2. If an Unboxing Video is not provided, we regret that we won't be able to process the claim.
3. Damaged products must be returned before a replacement product can be shipped.
4. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the package must be received in good condition, and all original packaging must be intact. This includes Care Cards, Jewelry Pouches, Gifts, Tags, Price Tags, Jewelry Card Holder, Envelopes, Candles, Candle Holders, etc.
Refund Process:
1. After receiving the Unboxing Video and verifying the damage or wrong delivery, we will initiate the refund process.
2. The refund will be credited back to your account in the original payment method used during the purchase.
Replacement Process:
1. Once the Unboxing Video is received and the damage or wrong delivery is confirmed, we will process the replacement.
2. The replacement product will be shipped to you promptly.
Legitimate Claims:
We understand the importance of genuine claims. To ensure fairness and maintain the quality of our service, we require proof for all claims.

- Handmade Products and Customization: We take pride in offering unique handmade products, many of which can be customised to your preferences. However, please note that minor variations in size, colour, or shape may occur due to the handmade nature of our items. Such variations will not be accepted as reasons for return, refund, or exchange.
- Colour Difference Disclaimer: We understand that colours may appear slightly different on various screens due to screen resolution differences on different devices. Therefore, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on colour differences.
- "Product Not Required Anymore" Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for the reason "product not required anymore." We kindly request that you gather all necessary information about the product before placing an order to ensure it meets your requirements.
- Return Postage Costs: Buyers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition and is damaged or shows signs of use, the buyer will be responsible for any losses incurred.
- Return and Exchange Window: You have 5 days from the date of item delivery to dispatch the items back to us for return or exchange.
