Custom-made products are non-refundable unless they are damaged. Please review all specifications and details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.Refund Eligibility: We accept refund requests for damaged products only. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide us with an opening video of the damaged product as proof.
