To keep your experience smooth and transparent, here’s how shipping works:
Processing Time:
Handmade items take time.
Crafting and processing: 5–10 business days
Ready-to-ship items: 2–3 business days
Shipping & Delivery:
We ship across India via Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.
Delivery normally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees depend on the item’s weight, size, and destination.
Any free-shipping offers will be mentioned at checkout.
Payment & COD
We accept prepaid orders only.
COD is not available as each piece is handcrafted with significant time and effort.
Address Accuracy
Please provide the correct address, phone number, and pin code.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or missed attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Packaging:
Your order is packed with sturdy, eco-friendly materials and shock-proof protection to keep it safe in transit.
Delays & Support
Courier delays can occur due to weather, festivals, or external factors.
If this happens, we’re here to support you and keep you updated until your package arrives.
Refund Policy
Handmade Nature of Our Products:
Every crochet item is created entirely by hand. Because of this slight variations in stitches, tension, or color tones are natural. These are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects. For plushies and dolls Handmade toys may vary slightly in expression, shape, or proportions. This unique individuality is part of their handmade charm.
These gentle variations are what make your piece truly one of a kind.
✨ Cancellation Policy
Since our products are made to order, we begin preparation soon after an order is placed.
• Cancellations are allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.
• After 6 hours, the crafting process usually begins, so cancellations are not possible.
For custom orders, we always share size, design or color details beforehand.
To proceed, we ask for your confirmation:
Please reply CONFIRMED to proceed. Work begins only after your confirmation.
This ensures both clarity and fairness.
✨ Return Policy
Due to the handmade and intimate nature of crochet items—and because they are not resalable once opened—we accept returns only if:
• the product arrives damaged, or
• you receive the incorrect item
If you face any issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Unpacking video is must and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us understand what happened and assist you quickly.
Not Eligible for Returns (to protect the artisan’s work)
We are unable to accept returns for:
• Size, color, or design preferences
• “It looks slightly different from the picture” (due to natural handmade variations)
• Gentle differences in shape/expression of plush dolls
• Courier delays
• Products that have been used, handled roughly, or opened without reason
We always share detailed photos and descriptions to help you make a confident choice.

If your order is approved for a return (damaged/wrong item), you will receive:
• a replacement, OR
• a full refund if replacement isn’t possible
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment mode.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellations
Since every product is made-to-order, cancellations are allowed only within 6 hours of placing the order.
After 6 hours, crafting begins and cancellations are not possible.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
The product arrives damaged, OR
An incorrect item was delivered
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Not Eligible for Returns
To protect the time invested in each handcrafted piece, we cannot accept returns for:
Change of mind
Colour/size preference issues
Handmade variations (slight differences are natural)
Sale/discounted items
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only if:
There is a size issue and
The item is in unused, unwashed, original condition
Customers will need to ship the product back to us, and shipping charges for the exchange both ways are to be borne by the customer.
(Some crochet items, like custom sizes or personalized orders, are not eligible for exchange.)
Return Shipping
If your return/exchange is approved, items must be shipped back to us within 5 days, using a trackable courier.
We will share the return address when we validate your request.
