Refund Policy
100% refund is done only when the products are damaged while shipping and preferably I request you to send an unboxing video. All the refunds are done with in 10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation is entertained in cases where the shipping has not been initiated. A cancellation fee of 5% is charged and the rest is refunded. Customised or bulk orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Exchange is not applicable.
