Product Description

A bespoke palki is a traditional Indian wedding decoration that is often used as a symbol of the bride and groom’s union and to honour the bride’s family. It is usually made of MDF and decorated with fabrics, mirror and jewels. The palki is often accompanied by a peeli chitthi, or yellow letter, which is a formal invitation to the wedding that is sent to the bride’s family. The letter is traditionally written by the groom’s family and is given to the bride’s family as a gesture of good luck.

Refund Policy

Each and every product is handmade at the udaari workshop and is customized according to individual requests. For this reason, generally, we offer no refunds. We entertain no refunds in case the colour tones of the actual product vary with the colour captured in photographs as lighting , finishing , and 2D imaging is prone to slight variation in colours. You are advised to keep in mind minor colour variations beforehand.
