Each of our products is carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver ​exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are ​handmade entirely. Once order is placed, it means you have accepted the purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

Our products, once used, will not qualify for a return or exchange.
We don’t offer returns/exchanges, however, in case you receive a damaged or ​incorrect item, here is what you need to do :

• Update us within 5 working days via Email at hello@dearmehome.in or ping us on Instagram or ​whatsapp us at 9123798910.
• An unboxing video is mandatory to avail the return or exchange. Upon verification, we will work to find a satisfactory solution, such as replacement.
• In case, your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your ​bank account within 5-7 working days.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation Policy

When you place an order it can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to us via email at hello@dearmehome.in. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
