Our fragrance products are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Our Home decor & Puja thallis (products related to resin) are processed within 12-15 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Delivery time ranges between 1-3 days after dispatch for Kolkata and 3-7 days for the rest of India. However, there might be unexpected delay. We do not have any control or responsibility on extended delays from courier/shipping orders.
This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.

We don’t offer returns/exchanges, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :

An unboxing video is mandatory to avail the return or exchange. Upon verification, we will work to find a satisfactory solution, such as replacement.
In case, your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

When you place an order it can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to us via email at hello@dearmehome.in. If you cancel your order in time, we will refund the entire amount back into your account. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
