Refund Policy
As these are handmade and customized items, refunds are not applicable.
If the item is damaged during transit or a wrong item is received, please contact me within 48 hours with unboxing video and photos for resolution.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
• Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Returns/Exchanges: Not applicable for customized or handmade items unless there is damage or an error from our side. Please share unboxing video where the damages are clearly visible to get refund in such cases.
